The wedding was held in a small Church where the bride and groom exited to the loud tune of Ski Sunday. Guests walked over a bridge to a private train where, plied with mini bottles of champagne and straws, they made their way up the mountain to the glacier.
Exiting at the top they passed cheers from the Vallee Blanche skiers as they made their way to a refuge privately commandeered for the afternoon and evening.
Decorated simply with lots of candles and flowers as well as glowing fires the evening continued on with eating, dancing and drinking. As guests departed along the candle lit route back to the train to descend they were each given sparklers to light their way at the end of a wonderful day.
