The client invited over 3000 company alumni to cocktail drinks at this fabulous venue. The goal of the event was to ensure that alumni met their old colleagues as well as current staff, mixed and mingled and could exchange news and network.
This is no mean feat with over 2000 attendees and required meticulous, detailed people management. We used the 2 different entrances to split the large number, allocated each division of the Firm a specific coloured entry card and badge and they were then guided using matching coloured lighting in the enormous Atrium to their specific area.
Using this subtle impact of colour we ensured guests met eachother and networked and enjoyed a useful as well as fun evening.
